This action was commenced in the district court of Stephens county by the defendant in error, hereinafter styled plaintiff, against the plaintiff in error, hereinafter styled the defendant, for the purpose of obtaining an accounting from the defendant and a judgment in favor of the plaintiff for the amount due thereon, which was alleged to be at least $11,884.
