MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

GLASSER, District Judge.

This patent infringement case was tried without a jury in this court, which has exclusive original jurisdiction over patent cases under 28 U.S.C. § 1338(a). Venue is proper under id. § 1400(b).

Plaintiff Buildex Incorporated (“Buildex”) is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in this district. Defendant Kason Industries, Inc.
