Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Mary McGowan Davis, J.), rendered April 1, 1996, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and unlawful possession of marijuana, and sentencing him to a prison term of 1½ to 4½ years and an unconditional discharge, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
