I. BACKGROUND
On July 29, 2011, Plaintiff U.S. Airways, Inc. (U.S. Airways) filed a Complaint for Injunctive Relief (Doc. No. 1) and Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. 10) against Defendants U.S. Airline Pilots Association (USAPA) and the president of USAPA, Michael Cleary (Cleary or Captain Cleary).
