On or about December 20, 1905, the plaintiff commenced an action for an absolute divorce against the defendant upon statutory grounds. The defendant appeared and answered. Such proceedings were subsequently had therein that a referee was appointed who reported in favor of the plaintiff and, on February 3, 1906, the usual inter- • loeutory judgment of divorce in favor of the plaintiff was entered in this case; final judgment to be entered in three months as provided by section HIT of the Code of Civil Procedure.
