Appellant sets up in her bill the proceedings in Barkman v. Barkman, 94 Ill. App. 440, and insists that the judgment of the Appellate Court in that case is res judicata of the question of homestead here involved. In this contention we think appellant misapprehends the effect of that proceeding.
