The within contested matter is before the Court by way of a motion filed on June 16, 1992, by Syracuse Securities, Inc. (“SSI”) under § 362(d) of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. §§ 101-1330) (“Code”) for relief from the automatic stay in Daniel and Kathryn Leonard’s (“Debtors”) Chapter 11 case.
