This is an appeal from the decree of the Orphans’ Court of Allegheny County refusing an issue devisavit *544vel non and dismissing an appeal from the decree of the Register of Wills, which admitted to probate the last will, of George V. Zakatoff, dated December 29, 1945. Zakatoff, who came to America in 1912, died in Pittsburgh on September 17, 1946.
