Blue Infiniti, LLC and Jorge Diaz-Cue-to (collectively, “Blue Infiniti”), appeal the trial court’s order granting the appellees’ motion for attorney’s fees as the prevailing party and motion for sanctions pursuant to section 57.105, Florida Statutes (2013). Blue Infiniti argues that the trial court erred in awarding prevailing party fees after Blue Infiniti voluntarily dismissed the case upon the appellees substantially paying the debt owed shortly after suit was filed, and in awarding section 57.105 fees without holding an evidentiary hearing and making written findings.
