Per Curiam,

This appeal is from a decree in equity setting aside, as a fraud on creditors, a conveyance made by defendants Bernard Bailen and Mary Bailen, his wife, to Benwood Realty Company, also a defendant, and affording other relief to plaintiff building and loan association.

The chancellor found as facts that plaintiff loaned defendant Bernard Bailen $6,000, secured by three bonds dated November 24, 1925, accompanied by second mortgages on three separate properties (2209, 2211, 2221 South 63d Street, Philadelphia).
