Houck and others, liquidators, and by the C. P. Petty Stave Company against the same defendants, consolidated with the matter of the receivership of the Gibsland State Bank. From a judgment dismissing the rule requiring defendants to furnish an account, rejecting the opposition to their account and homologating it, the Leidigh Dalton Lumber Company appeals.

The defendants in the two suits which have been consolidated in this matter with the receivership of the Gibsland State Bank were at one time in charge of the said bank and its affairs as liquidators, by appointment of the stockholders. A few months before the filing of said suits, they were superseded in their said functions by receivers appointed by the court. The plaintiffs in said suits are creditors of said bank for unreturned deposits.
