Plaintiff claims $2,500 as for a total loss under a policy of fire insurance issued by defendant. After filing an exception, which was overruled, the defendant answered, in substance, as follows: It admits the issuance of the policy sued on, by which it insured the plaintiff against loss or damage by fire .on' household furniture and other property in the premises described.
