This case is here on appeal from a judgment of the district court in favor of the appellees. On June 24, 1941, the appellees filed a complaint against the F. M. Hoyt Shoe Corporation, hereinafter called “Shoe Corporation”, and the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, hereinafter called “R. F. C.”, for unpaid overtime compensation and for liquidated damages pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 203 et seq.
