THOMAS, Justice.

This is an appeal to review a decree of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, which is as follows:

“This case was submitted to the Court without a jury on the Agreed Statement of Facts, in writing and on file, and on con sideration of the same, the Court is of the opinion that the Brown Plumbing & Heating Company, Inc., a corporation, is a contractor within the purview of Schedule 42, Section 48 [348] of the Revenue Act of 1935, and that it is liable for and obliged to pay for the license required in said schedule.
