DARDEN, Judge:
The appeal in this case centers on two issues: (1) whether the board of review erred by authorizing a post-trial hearing on a speedy trial issue, and (2) whether the appellant was deprived of a speedy trial.
Pursuant to a pretrial agreement following negotiations between counsel and the law officer that resulted in the dismissal of some specifications and the reduction of an offense alleged in another, the appellant pleaded guilty to a variety of offenses.
