This suit was instituted by appellant, Commercial Credit Company, as plaintiff, in the county court of Hale county against J. L. Moore, as defendant, seeking recovery upon an installment note in the sum of $460, payable to the order of L. P. Barker Company, interest, and attorney’s fees, which note had been transferred to the plaintiff. The plaintiff admitted the payment of seven installments of $38.35 each, aggregating the sum of $268.45, leaving a balance of $191.55 owing on the principal, plus attorney’s fees and interest.
