At the conclusion of the plaintiffs’ testimony the court directed a verdict for the defendant. Upon this judgment was rendered, to reverse which the plaintiffs prosecute this appeal.

It is disclosed by the record in this case that the appellants are the owners of the south 105 feet of Lots 19, 20 and 21, in Kitchell’s Addition to Olney, Rich-land county, Illinois. That on January 21, 1907, appellants leased the said lots to Barney & Hines for a period of 10 years. The lessees were to have the lots cleared of any other buildings.
