FAY, Circuit Judge:
Ronald Schiller and Walter Metz were convicted in the District Court for the Northern District of Texas of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1976). Their points on appeal emanate primarily from the illicit confederation’s magnitude of time, geography, and cast. Schiller complains that delay ensuant to the coordination of multiple defendants’ prosecutions *150violated his right to a speedy trial.
