MEMORANDUM DECISION

This matter came before the Court on February 6, 2014, on the objection of the standing chapter 13 Trustee (“Trustee”) to confirmation of the modified chapter 13 Plan (“Plan”) of Daniel C. Hoffman and Beth A. Hoffman (“Debtors”) under 11 *130U.S.C. §§ 1322 and 1325.1 Karl J. Johnson appeared on behalf of the Trustee; Michael J. Sheridan appeared for the Debtors.
