OPINION
Plaintiff-appellant, Rose Gudin, appeals the July 12, 2000 judgment entry of the Ohio Court of Claims dismissing, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(2), her claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress ("IIED") against defendant-appellee, Western Reserve Psychiatric Hospital.
