On January 1, 1920, Doctors O. F. Watkins, A. E. Stripp, L. W. Allard, G. D. Kettlekamp and F. 0. Kettlekamp formed a partnership for the practice of medicine and surgery at Billings. The partnership agreement provided, among other things, that each partner should contribute an equal amount toward the office equipment; that each should be entitled to a vacation of six weeks during the year without loss of compensation; and that the net proceeds of the business *393should be distributed according to a prescribed schedule.
