Appellant, Kathi Louise Turner, appeals nunc pro tunc from the judgment of sentence entered on September 29, 2009, in the Perry County Court of Common Pleas. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
Following a jury trial on July 1, 2009, Appellant was found guilty of rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse (“IDSI”), unlawful restraint, aggravated indecent assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
