Heard on the debtor’s motion, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1), to avoid a judicial lien on his principal residence, and on the objection of the lienholder, Valley Wholesale Building Products of Rhode Island, Inc. The relevant facts are described below. 1
