OPINION
BUCKINGHAM, Judge.
This case involves an appeal by Mary Jo Edwards (Edwards) from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board (Board) affirming an opinion and award by an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). The issues involve the apportionment findings of the ALJ, the extent to which Edwards is entitled to benefits, and the constitutionality of the 1994 amendments to Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 342.730. 1 For the reasons set forth hereinafter, we affirm the decision of the Board and hold the statutes to be constitutional.
