Wallace McKelvey, PennLive, and the Patriot News (Petitioners) petition for review of a decision of the Appeals Officer for the Office of Attorney General (OAG) denying access to records requested pursuant to the Right to Know Law1 (RTKL). Upon review, we affirm.
