Plaintiffs, two trade associations of Baltimore area realtors, a marketing company, a realtor, and the owner of a Baltimore City residence who would like to sell his home through a licensed realtor, have sued Harry Hughes, the Governor of Maryland, and the members of the state Real Estate Commission for declaratory and injunctive relief.
