This case comes before the court on the motion of defendants HNH Packaging, LLC (“HNH”) and Continental Closures, LLC (“Continental”) (collectively “defendants”) for claim and delivery (DE # 11), pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 64 and N.C.
