— Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (David Stadtmauer, J., at suppression hearing, plea and sentence), rendered November 14, 1984, convicting defendant on his plea of guilty to two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law § 265.02), and sentencing him to two concurrent five-year terms of probation, unanimously reversed, on the law, the *465motion to suppress granted, the conviction vacated and the indictment dismissed.
