This is an action to review disbarment proceedings against Paul R. Haunstein had before the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Oklahoma, wherein disbarment was recommended.

The complaint was first filed before the administrative committee of section 20 of the State Bar by Levi McCalister, a resident of Kingfisher county, and the charges were investigated by said committee and the committee reported to the Board of Governors recommending dismissal of the complaint.
