OPINION

KEASLER, J., delivered the unanimous opinion of the Court.

We are asked to decide whether Martinez’s objection to two photographs de picting her with another individual who was exhibiting gang signs, was sufficient to preserve appellate review for all other gang related evidence. We hold that it was not.

Facts
