OPINION

BARNES, Judge.

Case Summary

This is an appeal from the granting of summary judgment in favor of the Defendants in a suit brought by Stephen Vaughn1 for injuries he sustained as a result of an accident while installing a pipe *1116during the construction of a coal plant. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
