In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendant Joan Healy appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Nelson, J.), entered September 26, 2002, which granted *611the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the counterclaims asserted by her.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
