Dave Barry, Abraham Karatz, Otto Van Derek, Walter Ehlers, Gustaf Linguist, Hayden Sanders and Joseph Baiata, alias Charles Carloni, alias J. B. Farquhar, alias Joseph B. Marsino, alias Joseph Marcino, alias Joseph Omar, alias Joseph Omer, alias Harry Goldman, alias Frank Bianco, were indicted by the grand jury of Cook county charged with a conspiracy to defraud the Amalgamated Trust and Savings Bank of $55,000.
