THIS MATTER comes; before the Court on Defendant Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Motion to Transfer Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), filed September 30, 2014 (Doc. 27)(“Motion”). The Court held a hearing on March .5, 2015.
