MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

Randall A. Noble (“Plaintiff’) filed this lawsuit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging that Michael Sheahan and the Cook County Sheriffs Department (“Defendants”) discriminated against him on the basis of race and retaliated against him for filing a charge of discrimination with the Illinois Department of Human Rights (“IDHR”) and the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
