Inventio AG (“Inventio”) appeals from the final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in favor of ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas Corporation, ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corporation, and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Manufacturing Incorporated (collectively, “ThyssenKrupp”).
