We have here an appeal from an interlocutory decree of the Chancery Court of Pike County, appointing a receiver to take the possession and control of 160 acres of land in an oil field. Appellee asserts a fractional interest in the minerals, under an oil, gas and mineral lease. Ownership by appellants of the remaining interests therein is not challenged. This appeal with supersedeas was granted by a Justice of this Court, after it had been refused by the trial court.
