This is an appeal by Roberta Oliver Minor from a decree of the chancery court of Humphreys County recognizing Zelma Taylor Minor as the lawful wife and sole heir of Will Minor, deceased.
Will James Minor, who was also known as “Bud” Minor, died intestate on May 12,1951. At the time of his death he was a resident of Humphreys County and the owner of a small amount of real and personal property situated in Humphreys County.
