(Pro Tempore). This is.a claim for damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff, Aletha Lessig. She alleges that the defendants, Orie L. Conboy and George Woodcock, mutually engaged in a fist fight, and that while so engaged, they did wilfully, wantonly and maliciously assault, strike and beat, the plaintiff. She asks for general, special and punitive damages, jointly and severally, against the defendants.
• The defendant Woodcock’s answer to the complaint was in effect a general denial.
