{¶ 1} Appellant, L.S., appeals the judgment of the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, classifying him as a Tier I sex offender under R.C. 2152.83. For the reasons that follow, we affirm, in part, and reverse, in part.
