*311I. Introduction
{¶ 1} This case requires us to determine the extent of a state wildlife officer’s statutory authority to enter private land. We hold that a wildlife officer may enter private land pursuant to R.C. 1531.13 if the officer has good cause to believe that a law is being violated or if the officer is acting in the normal, peaceful, and lawful pursuit of enforcing laws relating to game and fish pursuant to R.C. 1531.14.
