Texas Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
RAY, Justice.
This is a suit for judicial review of an order of the Railroad Commission of Texas. The district court sustained an order of the Railroad Commission which fixed the effective date for a rate increase for natural gas service supplied by Lone Star within the City of Kaufman and its environs. The court of appeals reversed the judgment of the district court and remanded the cause to the district court with directions that the court remand the proceeding to the Commission. 644 S.W.2d 166. We reverse the judgment of the court of appeals and affirm the judgment of the district court.
