BEACH, J.

The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (Board) awarded employee Bernice Lewis $22,260 as workers’ compensation for her claimed disability, resulting from a sprained ankle. Her employer, petitioner Universal City Studios, Inc. (Universal), petitioned for writ of review before this court. We granted the writ to determine employer’s claims.
