The defendants Clark M. and Juanita Washburn have appealed to this court from a judgment entered by the District Court for Douglas County, Nebraska, in an action brought by the plaintiff, Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Nebraska, to obtain a declaratory judgment against the defendants, Larry Wozny, Clark M. Washburn, and Juanita Washburn, requesting that the court declare that a policy of insurance issued by the plaintiff to Clark M. Washburn did not provide coverage to the Washburns at the time Juanita was involved in an accident which resulted in an action brought by defendant Larry Wozny…
