WOODS. Circuit Judge.

The bill is filed against the City Bank, a corporation under the laws of Georgia, domiciled in the city of Augusta. Joseph C. Fargo, Charles Baker and others, citizens of Georgia. It alleges, in substance, that complainant is the holder of certain bills and notes, to the amount of five thousand, four hundred and forty-six dollars, issued by the City Bank under a charter granted by the legislature of the state of Georgia, which the complainant acquired in the course of his business and for a valuable consideration.
