Cross appeals and appeal (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Fulton County in favor of plaintiffs, entered August 18,1980, upon a verdict rendered at Trial Term (Best, J.), and (2) from an order of said court, entered August 20, 1980, which denied defendant’s motion to set aside the verdict. Plaintiffs engaged defendant to drill a well on property where they ultimately built a home. Defendant’s first attempt did not meet with success.
