PIERCE, Circuit Judge:

Petitioner appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Charles P. Sif-ton, Judge, denying a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner claims he was denied a public trial in violation of his rights under the sixth and fourteenth amendments. The order of the district court is affirmed.
