This is an appeal in an interference proceeding wherein the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirmed the decision *1065of the Examiner of Interferences awarding priority of invention to appellees.

Three counts are involved. They read as follows:

1. A zinc base alloy consisting principally of zinc containing from .1-2% of Cu and from .1-25% of a metal selected from tlie group consisting of Ni and Mn.

2. A zinc base alloy consisting principally of Zn, containing from .1-2% of Cu and from .1-25% Mn.
