This matter is before the Court on the objections of defendant Spherion Corporation (“Spherion”) to the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Franklin L. Noel dated March 23, 2007. Spherion also appeals the Magistrate Judge’s March 19, 2007 Order denying its motion for a protective order and granting plaintiffs’ motion for conditional certification.
