In February 2010, Plaintiff Alexander M. Shukh filed this action against Defendants Seagate Technology, LLC, Seagate Technology, Inc., Seagate Technology, and Seagate Technology, PLC (collectively, “Seagate”), alleging numerous claims arising out of Sea-gate’s employment and termination of Shukh.
